UNESCO-UNICEF consultation on education post-2015

As processes for identifying and developing post-2015 frameworks are emerging, it is vital that there is as wide a consultation as possible to determine education priorities. To facilitate this, UNESCO and UNICEF are co-leading an on-line consultation on the World We Want website over the coming weeks.  The first topic is on equitable access to education, an issue that the GMR team believes is vital to pay attention to in developing post-2015 frameworks. To facilitate debates, we have developed an interactive tool: the  World Inequality Database on Education.

Pauline Rose, GMR Director, has been appointed as one of the moderators for this theme, along with Lori Heninger, Director, International Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) and Mark Waltham, Education Advisor, UNICEF.  Please do share your views and comments on how international education goals post-2015 can be in shaped in a way that will reduce inequalities.

You can do so via this site: http://www.worldwewant2015.org/education2015
