ACTFL (USA) is latest member of FIPLV

We are delighted to announce that ACTFL, the American Council of the Teaching of Foreign Languages, has become the latest language teacher association to join FIPLV. We strongly recommend a look at the excellent ACTFL website: http://www.actfl.org
