Please see below the request to FIPLV from Katerina Zourou – please distribute amongst your networks of language teachers.
Dear colleagues,
We conduct a very short survey with the aim to understand the variety of online language learning communities and platforms in Europe and beyond. We aim to provide a literature review on existing state-of-the-art solutions which will be analysed from the perspective of user orientation.
Can you help us by answering only 3 questions? The survey is available here
We particularly look for communities and platforms having the following features:
-The community or platform is permanently open (please do not list MOOCs)
-The community or platform has active users (peer learning, tutoring, facilitation etc.)
-One or more languages can be offered
Deadline is March 20, 2018.
An outline of the research is provided at http://tiny.cc/ststm2018
This research is funded by the EnetCollect project (European Network for Combining Language Learning with Crowdsourcing Techniques), namely working group 3 (User-oriented design strategies for a competitive solution). It is funded by a Short Term Scientific Mission (STSM) funding scheme of this COST action. Research leaders are Branislav Bedi, host, and Katerina Zourou, grantee.
We thank you for participating in this survey.
