The FIPLV International Award is FIPLV’s highest distinction and can be awarded to FIPLV members who distinguish or have distinguished themselves by being exceptionally active, innovative, valuable, talented, in one or more fields of language learning and language teaching.

Nominee: Assoc. Prof. Veselin Petrov Chantov, PhD is a senior academic and educator at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) in Sofia, Bulgaria.
