FIPLV is involved in a high level conference of the Council of Europe this week in Graz, and FIPLV President Terry Lamb is acting as moderator and rapporteur for part of the event. This conference is being organised to mark the Austrian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
